Ronaldo (Ronnie) Munoz

Retired TX DPS Agent

A native of the Rio Grande Valley has been with the Texas Department of Public Safety for 25 years.

Joined the department in 1986.

First six years as a State Trooper.

Nineteen years as an Agent with the Texas DPS Criminal Intelligence Service.

Licensed as a Polygraph examiner with the state of Texas since 2001.

In 2001 graduated from the Texas Department of Public Safety Polygraph school, accredited by the American Polygraph Association.

As a member of the Texas DPS Ronnie has conducted numerous criminal specific polygraph examinations serving all police agencies, fire department agencies and law enforcement investigative divisions throughout the State of Texas, in both English and Spanish. Also included in his duties have been pre-employment polygraph examinations for Texas DPS and local police and fire department agencies.

Prior to becoming a polygraph examiner, his duties as an Agent were to conduct criminal investigations on organized criminal activity, gather intelligence on criminal activity and people involved in criminal activities and any issues that would affect the State of Texas.

As an Agent he was involved with the Governor’s Protective detail providing security for the Governor and many State and Federal dignitaries. Ronnie was involved in many investigations that involved working with many State and Federal agencies to include many investigators with loss prevention in the private sector.

Ronnie now brings forward his experiences gained in his many years of law enforcement in his business ‘“PURPOSE DRIVEN” Polygraph Investigative Services and Pre-Employment Screening Interviews’ helping serve the private sector.
